If a Longbow toner is used in a HP printer and the printer stops working or
becomes faulty HP will not refuse to repair the printer as using Longbow toners
does not invalidate the warranty. The only instance HP would refuse to fix the printer is
when the Longbow cartridge has caused the fault. If a fault is caused by using Longbow cartridges then Kores (the manufacturing
company for Longbow) will provide the engineer to repair the printer under the same
terms as HP would. If the printer damage caused by using Longbow cartridges is irreparable then Kores
will replace the printer for you. |
