From the South M1 Junction 24

• Take the A453 towards Nottingham (right turn at motorway roundabout)
• At the roundabout pass the Crusader Pub and towards Nottingham the next landmark is the Nottingham Trent University Campus on your left
• At the bottom of the hill go straight across the traffic lights.
• Take the left slip road off A453 signposted A52 Grantham Newark and Melton
• Turn left at the roundabout towards Wilford and West Bridgford (B679)
• Go straight over the mini roundabout
• Immediately after the Harvester on your left turn right at the traffic lights into Ruddington Lane
• Proceed for approx. 1 mile passing school on right (speed humps)
• Immediately after left hand bend in road turn left into Wilford & Nottingham South Industrial Estate
• Take 1st turn right, XMA is at the end with visitor parking next to the main entrance

From the North M1 Junction 25

• Take A52 towards Nottingham (left turn at motorway roundabout)
• First (roundabout) landmark Bardills Garden Centre turn left onto the A52 signposted to Nottingham
• 2nd (road junction) landmark Bramcote Leisure Centre on left afterwards.
• At the next junction / crossroads continue to follow A52 to Nottingham signs.
• You will come to a large roundabout with the Priory Pub and Restaurant on the left, go straight on at this roundabout
• Take a right at the next roundabout onto the dual carriageway Ring Road A52 and follow signs for Grantham (landmark Queens Medical Centre on left)
• Go over flyover on dual carriage way (road broadens to 3 lanes - stay in middle or right lane), pass landmark Showcase Cinema on right, continue straight on (road narrows to 2 lanes) then follow signs straight on for Grantham A52
• At merging of two dual carriageway roads, filter left following signs for Grantham A52
• At roundabout (approx. 1 mile) take immediate left signposted A60 West Bridgford (landmark Millers Pub)
• Take left turn at traffic lights (after disused petrol station)
• Take right at small roundabout (residential area)
• Continue to T-junction past the Apple Tree Pub - turn right (landmark Landmere Nursing Home)
• Take 1st turn right into Nottingham South and Wilford Industrial Estate
• Take 1st turn right, XMA is at the end with visitor parking next to the main entrance
