Warranty Repairs

XMA function as an approved Toshiba Repair Centre, and can undertake both warranty and chargeable repair works.  Warranty terms and conditions are established here (pdf).  For all warranty repair works, carriage and packing for both incoming and outgoing legs of the transit will be charged at the current rate.  This rate will be confirmed and payment for this processed, before any collection is arranged.

XMA endeavour to process warranty repairs with 10 working days, based on availability of parts from Toshiba, but have no liability for any delays.
